		<description>I could have taken the EXACT same picture on Friday! Except I did use the timer, and just decided they needed a minute more. First batch was great, 2nd AND 3rd (!) looked like your sunkissed cookies. ;) Although I did read about a little trick, and it works: stick a piece of stale bread in your cookie jar/tin/bag and it keeps them soft. Even my rock hard cookies turned soft after a day. Glad  for the blog...way to go! :)</description>
