Variation of a Theme

I decided to try something a little different, lest all of my girls’ clothes this summer are pillowcase dresses. I varied it into a shirt/pant set and the bloomers turned out waaaay better than I thought they would.

That’s absolutely adorable and looks comfortable, too. I’m way impressed. Did you make up the pattern yourself? Totally impressed.

Yep, I made up a pattern. Actually I didn’t, I just cut the fabric where it looked right. For the bloomers I just laid a pair of Adelaide’s that she’s wearing now onto the fabric and cut around them. :) And then varied it bigger for M.

So, so cute. I miss being able to dress my girls like that. They each have a mind of their own these days when it comes to fashion. *sigh*
