7 Things – The Husband Edition
By Moriah on November 7th, 2008
(If you’re brand new here, it will make more sense if you read this first.)
- Andy gets a fresh towel for every single shower. It drives me to the edge of insanity.
- He takes at least two showers a day. (See No. 1 above.)
- He’s a ‘hands-on’ type of dad. For example, he piles all three kids on top of himself and slides down the big slide at the park near our house. It’s a wild ride and the kids love it.
- He’s an INFP, the confidante. He’s easy to talk to and most people implicitly trust him.
- We tease each other relentlessly. (Could you tell?!)
- He leaves his dirty socks next to an empty hamper. (I’ve thought about putting them inside his pillowcase, but that might come back to bite me.)
- He’s pretty cute. (So I think I’ll keep him.)

HILARIOUS! I hope that in reference to #’s 1 and 2 Andy has a good relationship with your washer and dryer. !
:) Hope that you have a great day, and thanks for the laughs. Your blog is great!

This, following Andy’s, is fantastic!
that was great…I heard once of a woman who waited until there were enough socks to make into the shape of a heart and then put a little note in the middle requesting he make the extra effort to put them IN the basket. It worked for her… :)
Chris leaves his undershirt next to the bed. Every night.
Every morning, I put it in the hamper. Did I mention, every day this happens?
#1 and #2 made me laugh out loud!! It’s rainy and grey today – thanks for a smile.
Oh my yes, the sock thing by the laundry – actually for my hubby, it is his dinner plate…every single evening, he puts it on the counter beside the (empty) sink instead of inside to give it a rinse. After reminding him about it constantly for the past 6 years, I’ve given up. I love him anyway. :)
Great list…I can tell you are such good friends in addition to being married!
I’m pretty sure that taking a clean towel every time you shower is closely related to taking a new cup every time you want a drink of water!
VERY funny. My husband is an INFP too! I’m guessing you’re his exact opposite?
My husband takes a clean towel every time too. Everyone in his family does – his dad was a vet and told them everyone should. Can you imagine what it was like for his mom with 6 of them and 2x a day showers and clean towels each time – yikes!
