The time to buy
By Moriah on January 16th, 2009
Don’t worry, this is NOT going to turn into a coupon blog, I assure you.
But for this?! I paid $5.58.
And all things I will use. I think I’m set on cleaning products for…a while.

Suh-weeeeet!
I SO get your excitement over great deals…it thrills me to no end to get a pile of stuff for a great price. Nice job! I need to start paying more attention to my Walgreens ad. They are building a CVS a few blocks away, and I hear that’s a great place to save money, too.
Excellent!
Fun to see your deals :o)
Here’s my only question, (and it really is a question, ’cause I don’t know) if you just buy generic brand stuff rather then name-brand with the coupon would it end up costing about the same? That’s what I’ve always heard…but I’m curious if it’s true.
I LOVE good deals like that!! My good deals this weeekend were of the clothing variety, though. I got 6 pairs of pajamas, a tutu, a leotard, and a long sleeved tee at Carter’s for 39.00. And I got Maddie 300.00 worth of clothes for school next fall from Old Navy yesterday for 45.00. Oh and earlier in the week I got 175.00 worth of toys at Target for 40.00 I love clearance!!
I’m new to Walgreens shopping, too. And I’ve learned how to really make the most of it. I’ve actually earned money shopping there, by the time my rebates are factored in!
You go girl :)
