I remember once when Eva Rose was in the midst of being H A R D it occurred to me, that, if she weren't mine, I would want her. I would be jealous of her momma if she were not mine.

I remember that on those H A R D days.

I love to peek in on my kids when they’re asleep. It’s calm and peaceful – and I forget all the craziness of the day when I look at their beautiful little faces.

My kids’ blankies (but the actual names are “duh duh” and “lellow”) usually smell like vomit…and they like it that way. Recently Daniel got attached to a stuffed bear. He named him Marco but calls him Little Bear. Little Bear apparently has a problem pooping in the bed and likes to drink my milk n’ honey tea. Go figure!

Sleeping beauty indeed. She’s beautiful and so peaceful. I love sleeping kids–they kind of take your breath away.

I absolutely love to watch my kids sleep. There is nothing on earth more precious…and in the quiet it is hard to believe they really are ours. :)
