One thing I love about the blogosphere is getting to meet online friends in real life. While I was at Dolly’s, Trina from Fabulously Frugalicious was able to come over and spend Saturday afternoon with us.
Ruthie (age 5) took our picture. I cropped out a lot. (She was at tummy level, can you blame me?) And I would just like to note that Trina is wearing heels and we were wearing flip-flops. So there is a little discrepancy in height (and yes, I’m totally making myself feel better).
We had a great time hanging out and gabbing — I knew it wouldn’t be awkward (and it wasn’t AT ALL). Even the kids all played well together:

I was definitely thinking, wow I look really tall! Nevermind that my wedge sandals have 4 inch heels :) So that put me about 5’9″ lol
We had fun, we’ll definitely have to meet up again!
VERY FUN! I’m laughing at your cropping that pic and rationalizing your height difference. ;) I would have done that too.

Any picture that Savannah takes of me gets cropped within an inch of its life. Tummy level pics are NOT my friend, either. :)
So, so fun – I have the chance to maybe have a bloggy meet-up in a month or so, and I am looking forward to it (and I’m also a little nervous). You guys look great – I especially love the couch full of kiddos.
