If the shoe fits

Today as I was waiting outside of Drew’s classroom for them to finish, another mom said someone had told her she needed to read my blog because her kids sounded a lot like mine.

And then she said she found that hard to believe, and went on to say her kids were the type to be found up a tree with nothing on. I laughed and said yeah, that sounds about right.

But then I realized nothing like that has really happened around here in a while.

And THEN as I was making dinner I peeked out the back window to see Madeline and Adelaide jumping on the trampoline, their clothes cast off and bouncing at their feet.

Naked and up a tree, indeed.

what’s with little kids and being naked? eve barely ever has pants on at home- crazy!

Definitely in the right group. A particular female member of our family at age 2 was found on the front porch (naked) yelling at the neighbor boys for walking in our ditch. Not sure the poor highschoolers have ever really recovered.
