Ah, a girl after my own heart!!! I am crazy for peppermint ice cream. My husband now buys several cartons from various makers so I can try to pick just the right one. LOL. And so far, my dear friend and neighbor Renae has made the best I’ve ever had.

I keep candy (peanut butter cups, Twix, etc) in a star-shaped dish on our bar all month. I’ve got to start buying in bulk because I can’t walk by without grabbing a piece!

I was just trying to convince Jason after dinner that we needed to make a grocery store run for peppermint ice cream! He prefers Coffee ice cream with Toffee Bar pieces. I am so failing at my DPP!!

i have this mocha hot chocolate powder from starbucks. you mix one tablespoon of the powder with one tablespoon of hot water, then mix it into hot or steamed milk. but i double or triple the recommended amount of chocolate.

YUM! I love peppermint ice cream! It is a great indulgence. I also love all the dips and cheese balls that come out this time of year.
