		<description>After we moved in our house (8 yrs ago) we found several spliced electrical wires joined only by electrical tape! Can we say, &quot;FIRE HAZARD,&quot; not to mention, &quot;HOW IN THE HECK DID THE INSPECTOR MISS THIS?!&quot; At least a hole in the wall, as annoying as it is, isn&#039;t likely to burn the place down.</description>
